Acolad is a global language services company shifting from traditional human-driven workflows to an AI-native platform where autonomous agents collaborate to deliver localization, content creation, and quality assurance at scale. I joined as Lead Product Designer to define the user experience across four interconnected product lines.
Each project below is a deep case study — from competitive research and interaction design to architecture documentation and stakeholder enablement. Together, they tell the story of designing for a new category of software: multi-agentic AI that people can understand, trust, and control.
